A school of ministry took place in Kisumu, Kenya in early August. It was attended by 30 students, a number of whom had attended before. Charlie Stockley organised and arranged the school, which meant we had name badges, and everyone knew exactly where to be and when! We met in excellent facilities with desks for each student, a good quality blackboard, and wonderful food. Julie Sisley taught Pastoral Care 2, and Jeremy Sisley taught the Person and Work of Christ. The students asked lots of questions and it really felt as if they were engaging well with the teaching. At the end we awarded certificates from last year, and spent some time praying for and prophesying over the students. The students are keen to do more than one school a year, and Charlie is looking at ways to achieve that.
