Eric Skates and Peter Butt were able to train approximately 25 leaders in Kisumu and Kampala. The on-going strategy of the School of Ministries is to train nationals to teach in their own nations and neighbouring countries. Both of these training programmes were well attended and very well organised by Clara in Kisumu and Paul Kamyr in Kampala. The response of the students was excellent. Eric particularly encouraged them to develop in their teaching and communication skills.

It is anticipated that we will have a number of new School of Ministries teachers available for our increasing and growing centres in East Africa.

Part of the trip was also to meet with local leaders to strategise about the future and it is likely that new schools will commence in Kibera - Kenya, Fort Portal - Uganda, Tanzania, Entebbe - Uganda, Gulu - Uganda.

We thank God for his protection and provision during this trip.

Peter Butt.
