Basil D'Souza and Julius Lobo travelled to Bherampur, Orissa and conducted a School of Ministry on Leadership II - The Character of a Leader attended by 56 men, women and young people.

People travelled from a number of places in the region to attend. One person joined post lunch on the first day because wind and rain the previous night blew away the roof of his house. In the morning, he organised for a Tadpatri (plastic cover) to cover his house and then came for the teaching.

The impact of the teaching was very powerful. Two people mentioned that they would like to have the SOM in other areas where they have influence.

Those attending recognised the importance of character by acknowledging the relevance of the teaching to their own lives.
